Ready for an opportunity to grow in apartment management? JT Solution Partners is hiring an Assistant Manager for a community in Buena Park.
You’ll work alongside the Community Manager, build relationships with residents, and gain hands-on experience across leasing and daily operations. We’re looking for someone who enjoys helping people, stays organized, and is ready to take the next step.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Welcome prospects, tour apartments, and assist with leasing
• Help residents with questions, requests, and renewals
• Support rent collection and follow up on account balances
• Coordinate resident work orders with the maintenance team
• Keep resident files and office records up to date
• Partner with the Community Manager to keep the office running smoothly
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
• At least 1 year of apartment leasing or property management experience
• Strong customer service, communication, and organization skills
• Experience with property management software
• Familiarity with Fair Housing practices
• Bilingual skills are a plus
